Winners Announced!
The winners of our five individual categories were announced last night at The Old Bridge Hotel, Huntingdon, hosted by BBC Radio Cambridgeshire's Carol Carmen. We were treated to canapés and drinks reception in the intimate setting of the Old Bridge's Business Centre.
Saturday October 15 saw the final heat of the Young Chef award, with 5 finalists taking their place at the hob of the Saxongate Centre. The judges were treated to two course from each finalist cooked within a specific time frame. Each chef had to provide a two course, locally sourced menu costing no more than £15.
